Adoption of PIPE Design Pro at MKI
INTRODUCTION
Myanmar Koei International (MKI) introduced PIPE Design Pro to improve the efficiency of its sewerage design work and the skills of its Myanmar engineers.
PURPOSE OF INTRODUCTION
- To improve the efficiency and quality of sewerage project design work.
- Facilitate data exchange by unifying software with the Japanese client (Design Consultant).
- Improvement of Myanmar engineers’ skills.
STATUS OF INTRODUCTION
- Training on PIPE Design Pro was provided to Myanmar engineers.
- Awards ceremony was held after the training.
EXPECTED EFFECTS
- Expected to increase efficiency of design work, improve design quality and the skills of Myanmar engineers.
FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS
- MKI will actively work on sewerage projects in Myanmar and overseas ODA projects using PIPE Design Pro.
