Frequently asked questions
Is it possible to share one data with multiple PCs?
Although it is possible to use a single piece of data on the server, it cannot be worked on, saved, etc. at the same time. Later users can use the data as read-only. In order to save the data, you should save it as an alias and then work on editing it.
Once the PIPE series is installed, is it possible to transfer data from other business software to the PIPE series?
If data created by other business software (other companies’ sewer design systems, Excel, etc.) can be output in CSV format, etc., it can be read by the PIPE series. However, there are some issues such as the order of data and required information, so please contact our Customer Center.
I am using a network of 5 PCs. Is it possible to use 5 PIPE series at the same time?
This is available by installing 5 licenses and a network license.
A network license is the NetManager license management software installed on the machine that will serve as the server. This software manages licenses, including client access permissions for the type and number of licenses that are written to a hardware lock that is attached to the server machine.
Is it possible to convert sewer pipe network data created by CAD into design data like PIPE Design Pro?
This can be provided by PIPE Converter.
This is possible if the data created by a general-purpose CAD system has certain regular information. If the data does not have culvert attributes, etc., it can be made into PIPE series data with attributes if the relevant information is available in a separate Excel sheet or other format. Please contact our Customer Center for technical issues.
Is there an additional charge for support on installation, operation, etc.?

Is there a fee for recovery in case of data corruption?

The format of the longitudinal profile and flow calculation sheet differs from municipality to municipality. Can I request you to create the format?

If I upgrade the PIPE series, will I no longer be able to use the previous version?
If you upgrade PIPE Design Pro, you can also use the previous version.
