Here is an introduction to a plug-in that converts data from PIPE Design Pro® to QGIS data.

PDP Relation can import Esri SHP files, which can be read by QGIS and other GIS, into PDP.
Export attribute values of culverts, manholes, etc. as CSV files and convert them to PDP import format data in Excel.
