Q When two spans in the same pipe network cross, longitudinal calculation fails with the following errors.・Route No. [1(1)] : Error: Invalid pipe section nominal diameter. ・Route No. [1(1)] : Error: Failed to retrieve underground facility size. ・Route No. [1(1)] : Error: Failed to initialize span calculation data.

A

The direct cause of these errors is that the underground facility data does not have a specified size (nominal diameter).
When crossing spans are built into the longitudinal design data, they are automatically generated as underground facility data,
but if the original span does not have a pipe section specified, the underground facility also lacks size information, leading to errors.
Solution:
→ During plan creation, assign appropriate pipe sections (nominal diameters) to all crossing spans.
This ensures that correct underground facility data is created and prevents calculation errors.
