I want to transfer my PIPE Series license to another company, but I don’t know how to change my user registration.
The license right of this application may not be transferred to another company.
Is there a trial version of PIPE Series?
The trial version has a one-month evaluation. Upon receipt of your request for a trial version, we will send you an email with the software download site.
AutoCAD or BricsCAD compatible with PIPE Design Pro is required, but if you have not purchased the software, please download the evaluation version from the following site.

Where can I find my Serial No. or HASP ID?
The Serial No. or HASP ID is included with the hard protector or in the ‘Licence list’ at the time of delivery.
The software batteries are listed in the ‘Licence list’ at the time of delivery or in the ‘Download notification’ email.
Is there a subscription for PIPE Design Pro?

Is it possible to share one data with multiple PCs?
You can use a single piece of data on the server, but you cannot work on it, save it, etc. at the same time. Later users can use that data as read-only. In order to save the data, you should save it as an alias and then work on editing it.
If I install PIPE series, can I transfer data from other business software to PIPE series?
If data created by other business software (other companies’ sewer design systems, Excel, etc.) can be output in CSV format, etc., it can be read by the PIPE series. However, there are some issues such as the order of data, required information, etc. Please contact our Customer Center.

I am using a network of 5 PCs. Can I use 5 PIPE series at the same time?
The PIPE series is available with 5 licenses and a network license. A network license is the NetManager license management software installed on the machine that will serve as the server. This software manages licenses, including client access permissions for the type and number of licenses written to the hardware lock that is attached to the server machine.
Is it possible to convert sewer pipe network data created by CAD into PIPE Design Pro design data?
This can be provided by PIPE Converter. It is possible if the data created by general-purpose CAD is information with certain regularity. If the data does not have culvert attributes, etc., it can be made into PIPE series data with attributes if the relevant information is available in a separate Excel sheet or other format. What is Net-License?
A network license is a software (LicenceManager) and hardware lock that manages licenses set up on a server from multiple client PCs on a LAN.
If I upgrade to a newer version, will I no longer be able to use the older version?
If you upgrade PIPE NETWORK or PIPE Design Pro, you can use the previous version. However, the number of licenses will be the same as the number of licenses.
Which manufacturers’ CAD systems does PIPE NETWORK support?
Basically, PIPE can be read by any manufacturer’s CAD system, and can export DXF (R12 format), P21, SFC, and BFO (V-nas file) format files.
I am considering PIPE series. What is the difference between PIPE NETWORK and PIPE Design Pro?
